Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership and Permission:

All intellectual property associated with this membership, including but not limited to materials, content, systems, and strategies, remains the sole property of Autistic Faith.

By purchasing/using this membership, you are granted a license to use the intellectual property strictly in accordance with these terms.

Permitted Use:

The membership is intended to help you launch, grow, and sustain your disability ministry.

You are permitted to use the content and materials for personal and educational purposes within your church.

The membership is intended for use by a single church entity. It cannot be shared among different churches or organizations.

Restrictions:

You may not sell, duplicate, distribute, or give away any part of the materials or content to others outside your church.

Unauthorized use of the intellectual property, including sharing, copying, or distributing any part of the membership materials outside your church, is strictly prohibited.

You may not use the intellectual property to create derivative works without explicit written permission from Autistic Faith.

Compliance:

By purchasing and using this membership, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Violation of these terms may result in the termination of your membership without a refund, and Autistic Faith reserves the right to pursue legal action if necessary.

Amendments:

Autistic Faith reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through the membership platform.

Continued use of the membership after amendments signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

Digital Product and Refund Policy

No Refunds:

Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds are not permitted.

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once access to the membership materials has been granted.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your membership at any time.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the membership materials until the end of your current billing cycle, after which access will be terminated.

By using these materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
